Innovate Here Virtual Conference
Our Story
In 2024, we launched the inaugural Innovate Here conference to celebrate and highlight Montana's innovators and the people and programs that support them. We welcomed internationally renowned experts in Quantum technology, Bob Sutor, Clarice Aiello, and, our own, Krishna Rupavatharam. Montana small tech firms, SBIR program officers, Department of Defense leaders, private equity investors, and many of our partners and friends joined for this fully-virtual event to talk about opportunities, leverage connections, and participate in break-out sessions to learn more about America's Seed Fund, intellectual property and technology transfer, and finding DoD and government acquisition partners.​
The 2025 Innovate Here Conference connected early-stage technology startups specializing in AI-driven innovations critical to defense, life sciences, ag-tech, and other sectors. Designed to provide a platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and collaboration among entrepreneurs, researchers, support organizations, and industry experts, the 2025 conference featured keynotes from emerging tech founders, Eric Muir, CEO of VTI Aerospace, Frederic Scheer, CEO of Alercell, and Dat Tran of Dat Purpose. We welcomed partners to discuss federal investments through America’s Seed Fund and empowering the Next Generation of Innovators. ​
